Whether you have a product, order or delivery issue, reach out to us on (832) 303-9777 or help@macrosmp.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us help you, please be prepared to share details including photos or videos when possible. Our goal is to fix your issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again to another customer so details are important for us.
Can I apply a discount code after I have placed an order?
Unfortunately, after the order is placed, there is no modifying the order or the payment options. Please make sure to use your code on your next order with us.
Nutrition & Ingredients
Why are their no labels on the meals?
Since we prep fresh by order, we keep all of the information readily available online for everyone, but that is about to change soon! We are working on labels to print out for meals so you will have macros at a quick glance in your fridge.
Are all of your ingredients organic?
Yes! we use the leanest, most organic ingredients, because they just taste best, and are they best you you 🍅

What happened to the Dallas & Austin Kitchen?
We closed down our other locations to consolidate to our Houston kitchen for bigger expansion through shipping 📦
Do you have a store front to walk into and order?
We do not currently, but that is the goal. We want to create the ultimate fit persons fast food restaurant.

We take our customers health very seriously!
Now you are able to choose which meals you would like to come within your meal plan or you may add some restrictions in your order notes and our prep team will get you taken care of!

We will be shipping Nationwide by 2024
How does shipping work?
Your meals will come in an insulated box, packed with dry ice or ice packs to keep your meals safe and fresh all the way through transit to your door!
When will orders be shipped once ordered?
Orders will be shipped from our facility Mon-Fri

Do you have an affiliate program for collaboration?
We currently do not but we are actively working on a referral program now for influencers and customers, that will be up by end of 2023.
